Payroll sounds simple but often isn’t. Tell us about any changes by the payroll cut off date (10th of the month) and we will include on your payroll. If in a single month you have a large number of changes or new employee’s please get in touch with the payroll team ([email protected]) who may extend a bulk form instead. Once payroll is complete you will be sent via email a payroll summary for the month. Payroll gets filed with HMRC electronically and payslips sent to the employee’s nominated email address. If you have our payroll payments service we will upload all the relevant payments ready for you to approve in a single click. Payments are scheduled to go out on the morning of your usual set pay date. It is customary if that pay date falls on a bank holiday or weekend that it will be set for the working day before i.e. if paydate is a Sunday then it will be set to release payment on the Friday.
