Things we’ll talk about
The discovery call is primarily to see if we’re a good fit and that we can help you achieve your goals. That being the objective, here are some of the things we’ll be discussing:
- What are your business goals?
- What are your personal goals?
- What is the basic size and shape of your business? (revenue, number of employees etc)
- What challenges do you face?
- What questions do you have for us?
Book your Discovery Call
During discovery we learn more about your business, what is working well and what challenges you face. We both discover if we’re going to be a good fit.

The Agenda
In the proposal meeting we’ll explain how we can help in detail. At that meeting, we will show you ways to address your key challenges
Your Business
We will listen as you describe where you’re currently at with your business to get a really good overview
Your Goals
We will ask about your goals, both business and personal, to understand what the gap is from now and what the key challenges are going to be in getting there
Next Steps
If it is right for you, and us, we will agree to book a proposal meeting for you with one of our lead growth accountants
Your Next Level Journey
Discovery
Your 30-45 minute Discovery call is the foundation of our future partnership. It will help us both to identify if we’re a good fit for each other. We will uncover your current business position and what you’re trying to achieve. This helps us to create your plan of attack when you come onboard. Be prepared to talk high level objectives, your personal ambitions, and what’s causing you untold stress and frustration.
Proposal
In our proposal meeting we’ll be focusing purely on your personal and business goals and analysing how we can best get you there. We’ll be pulling together your essentials plan and your roadmap so you can see what that journey looks like. As all our service plans are flexible, and we only deliver the services you need at that moment in time, it’s clear to see the starting point.
Onboarding
When you come onboard with us, first of all we celebrate our newly created partnership (drinks are on us!). Next, we take you through our onboarding process. Integrating your financial infrastructure into our tech platforms, and introducing you to your account manager. We’ll give you lots of support here to help you make the most of the tools available and answer any queries you may have.
Partnership
We’re committed to investing into the partnership between us. We spend time optimising your financial processes to make your daily life much easier. We also pull together your plan of action. This is done by truly understanding your business, so don’t be surprised when your account manager is asking you questions around what you do, how you do it, and why you do it that way.
Growth
Nothing of any value was ever created in a day, and your business success is a journey that takes time, talent, and tenacity. As partners, we want to be with you on that journey, guiding you every step of the way and helping you overcome obstacles that are stopping you from achieving your goals. We’ve helped many of our clients transform their businesses time and time again as they evolve. We’ll be doing this with you too.
Some of our results
Here’s how we’ve helped some of our clients
Increased business free cash by six figures to allow growth investment
Tripled the revenue of an ecommerce based retailer across global locations
Raised over £1m in financing for multiple early stage technology start-ups
Doubled the value of a digital publisher following internal transformation
In our first year working with Next Level Business we grew our sales 10 fold from the previous year. Shortly after this they helped us succeed in winning investment in the famous Dragons Den and since then we have gone on to become a multi-million pound turnover business operating in over 10 countries. I can safely say that we wouldn’t have been as successful as we have been without our relationship with Next Level Business who have added a significant amount of value to our business.
