Growth Accountant
If you are an exceptional, part qualified to three years post qualified individual, you will likely have a lot of technical skills but are looking for something more.
If this is the case, you may be a great addition to our team as a growth accountant. You would be expected to help manage and support a suitable portfolio of our ambitious clients adding value and starting your journey as a true business partner and growth advisor.
In the future, you will aspire to lead a team and a client portfolio of your own.
Growth Manager/Controller
You are bright, focussed, ambitious and talented but perhaps lacking career direction or know that you have more to give, if only you had both the opportunity and encouragement.
In your minimum of 3 year post qualified experience, you have nailed all the compliance requirements and are looking for something more interesting and challenging. Working with us, you can apply your skills to help clients on their growth journey.
You are comfortable advising at a certain level, but want to develop more in this direction and learn from our experienced senior team. You will own a portfolio of clients and start your journey to become an awesome growth advisor, perhaps specialising in one or more industries.
Effectively, you will be equivalent to a financial controller, making compliance easy but more importantly being responsible for a significant proportion of the finance activities of our clients to help them navigate their growth.
Growth Director
You have been there, done that, and got the T-shirt. You have been exceptional in your roles to date, managing a team and clients, but you are still looking for more.
As a growth director, you are expected to lead a team and a portfolio that includes highly ambitious entrepreneurs. Whilst, at the same time specialising in a small number of industries and being responsible for developing and delivering products which meet the needs of our clients in those industries.
Effectively, you will be the FD/CFO for clients, managing their full finance team. You will also have the opportunity to learn in many other areas, where previously you many not have had significant experience. Such as raising finance, business model development, FP&A, M&A etc.
